I am creating some learning guides for Office 2007 products to be used for secondary and tertiary education and I was wondering what the copyright status of Office Help is. I presume it is owned by Microsoft Corporation, but I could not find any further reference on whether some fragments of it may be quoted for educational purposes or not. And if this is possible, what would be the trademark notice or copiright attribution statment required?.     - excel security I currently manage many workbooks that contain many worksheets. I want to lock down all the formlas and formats in the sheets but allow users to enter data. I don't wish to lock each individual worksheet with a password whick I am now doing.     - Question about transfering Microsoft Office Suite to another compu Okay, I purchased a downloadable copy of Microsoft Office 2007 Ultimate through "The Ultimate Deal" earlier this year. It was a great deal for an excellent package, however, I don't use the suite that much. I was wondering, can I uninstall the office suite off of my computer and send the downloaded .exe file to my sister and have her install it on her computer.     - Office 2003 and 2007 on same computer? I've heard that you can run both Office 2003 and 2007 on the same computer, with the exception of Outlook having to be one or the other for email. How do I do this? When I installed 2007, it wrote over my 2003 without even giving me the option. If I reinstall my 2003, will it cancel out the 2007? I need to run 2007 for certain things, but need to run 2003 for most work items as we have not upgraded yet and certain projects created in 2007 are not displaying or running the same in 2003.     - "Failed to Transfer SBA database." We are currently using SBA 2006 with BCM 2003 on EXCH1 server. We were originally looking to just transfer the databases to a new server SBA1, but decided to upgrade to BCM 2007 and OA 2007 since if there was a time to do it, now would be it. The new SBA1 server is on the same domain as EXCH1 which is active and critical in the daily operations of our business. Using the upgrade database features in both programs, we upgraded both of the older databases on EXCH1 by doing a backup on EXCH1 and a restore backup on SBA1. The issue that I can't find a solution to is when it comes time to integrate the two files through the OA 2007 Integration Wizard, it says "Failed to transfer SBA database." There are no other error codes or anything else I can reference to try and find the issue. SQL SERVER 2005 is installed on SBA1 with the default instance being MSSMLBIZ so that way everything can run through SQL SVR 05 instead of the express. Here is what I have tried doing to no avail: 1. Connect the upgraded OA 2007 database to a newly created BCM 07 database without any of the original BCM data and it still can't connect. 2. Connected to brand new OA & BCM databases (which worked perfectly) and then imported all the BCM info into BCM but I could not see any of the info in OA. I wanted to redirect OA to another database that I know had the info I wanted but could not get it to work. 3. Regarding the above scenario: The only difference I noticed with the Wizard connecting the new databases with the upgraded ones is when it came to the user management screen, in the upgraded databases from EXCH1, a message box appears saying that "this user has more then one role in SBA. Please contact the administrator to assign a single role to this user. The REVIEW ACCOUNTING 2007 PERMISSIONS window is empty for both OA and BCM columns (after I already allowed BCM database to be shared and granted the permissions in BCM 2007 earlier). I then click next and after clicking on the integrate button, it starts the integration process. I then get the error message found in the title of this question. 4. In a new OA 07 company, when I click on manage users, it allows me add the users to SBA and grant them permissions. In the upgraded database, whenever I try to add a user, the program crashes and I can never get past that part. I'm thinking there may be a permissions issue, but I can't see why that would affect the database transfer. I have no where else to go. Somebody please help.     - Automating Microsoft Document Writer I have been trying to figure this out for a couple of weeks now and to no avail so I'm asking for some help. Does anyone know how to get Microsofts Document Image Writer to print automatically without putting up the "Save as" dialog box? My situation is this: I have an application that prints a batch of reports, and for each page the application sends an individual print command. So if I want these documents saved in tiff files I need to hit print a few thousand times to accept every individual save as box. I don't need to change the file name, as it defaults to a new file every time. Is there a way to have the office document automatically save to the default file with out prompting? I currently am using the vba sendkeys but it's not as clean as I would like it to be and I would like to find a setting/regkey that I can set that will allow the doc writer to automatically accept the file name.     - Corrupt Office Pro 2007: can't reinstall, won't uninstall I am runing Vista with Office 2007. When I came into the office the other day, starting Outlook kicked off an update which I 'allowed'. The update failed - it couldn't write to some directory, etc. I cancelled out and the computer rebooted. Since then I cannot run any of the applications from the 2007 suite. I get "Feature ID not registered". Searches for that turned up lists of error codes and the suggestion to uninstall then reinstall. I tried to uninstall and get "This product installation has been corrupted. Run setup again from the CVD, DVD, or other original installation source." I ran setup and it goes through with the progress bar and ends with "The installation encountered an error." I have tried to install some of the suggested updates for Office and I get "There are no products affected by the package installed on this system." Suggestions?     - Epson printers with Office 2000? My computer's been getting slower and slower, I've tried lots to speed it up including freeing up plenty of disk space.     - perpetual license product key when I open an expired trial component of office 2007 prof., and you choose to get a perpetual product license key, it tries to immediately install the full version, before I've even paid for it. Hi,

I currently have a problem where I can't open a fax I have received in
Outlook 2003 Sp3 - it is in .tiff format and when I open it opens in
Microsoft Document and Imagaing It has always opened in this, but for a while
now (since sp3 upgrade) there has been an issue where it is consistently
crashing and having to restart the application!

The error log is here;

Faulting application mspview.exe, version 11.0.8166.2, stamp 4616c203,
faulting module mspview.exe, version 11.0.8166.2, stamp 4616c203, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00016537.

If anyone can help with this it would be much appreciated.
