Dear All

I've 500 invoices written in word without modules fields. I should Move
information
of this invoices in a new document with a different layout. I've no idea how
to do this (please do not post "use cut and paste"). Do you know if there's
in the office resource kit a tool ot thirt part software that can help me ???

Thank you very much
Best Regards
Edoardo

If I understand right, you have invoices that you created using a
template. That template did not include fields, but appears to have
included blank spaces of some sort to add data. If I am understanding this
correctly, I would suggest that there is no easy way out.

It would be possible to write a program to pick up the data in a format
that would allow you to then automatically create new invoices using a
different layout. However it would likely take more work to write and
troubleshoot the program than to have data entry people re-enter the data
into the new format.

If there is any chance of this happening again, I would suggest
considering learning Microsoft Access database, and start entering the data
there, printing out reports in the format of choice so you can change the
format of your choice.
