I haven't tried this, but it claims to be able to install genuine Microsoft
language packs in any language version of Vista. One can also upgrade to
Vista Ultimate.
I would have suggested getting an English Language Pack for Office 2007, but
there doesn't appear to be one available on the web site. Perhaps I didn't
look hard enough.
Contact Toshiba Customer Support in Japan to see if they will do anything
for you.
