I have 2 printers that I can double side with no problem in Word 2003

but when it comes to excel even when choosing double sided still
prints on 2 pages

I am baffled

HP printers? Try disabling "Advanced printing features" in "Printing
Preferences" first.

figured it out switch from PCL6 to PCL5e drivers and that worked
