How do I setup a Windows 2000 sp4 machine so it can be
accessed from another computer?

I downloaded and installed msrdpcli.exe. Now, it can access
other computer through remote desktop access. But other
computer cannot access it.

When I right-click on "my computer", I do not see a "remote"
tab. There are only five tabs, general, network, advanced,
etc. but no "remote".

Windows 2000 Professional can't act as a Remote Desktop host. That
capability requires Windows 2000 Server.
