DNS problem

Got a Win2k Box with the following issue:

Too much malware.

Ran current Spybot, Lavasoft Ad-Aware and HiJackThis.

Suddenly the DNS resolution is messed up.

It can ping and tracroute IP addresses but not resolve named.

Routing and Remote Access is turned on and still no dice.

How do I restore naming resolution back on ASAP?
