Hi,

I want add a printer as a local printer in computer with out any
driver CD (The windows XP also doesn't have the driver). But, the same
printer is already added as a local printer in one of the computer in
the network. i.e If computer1 has a local printer in the network, I
want to add the same printer type in computer2 in the same network as
local printer (not as a network printer) and the driver should be
taken from the computer1.

Please give me the suggestion.

Thanks,
Prabu.

Hello Prabu,

Create a mapping between both machines and let the new machine search over
the mapping the printer driver.
