I have a Windows 2000 server with IIS 6.0 hosting a website. This website
accesses and posts pictures via a virtual directory that is located on a
separate 2003 server. Our web programmer has built a function to manipulate
these pictures and repost them (change color, B&W, etc). This function works
with images that are located local on the webserver and images located on a
Network Storage device (Buffalo Teraserver - no o/s) but when trying this
with the images located on the 2003 server it does not work. I figure this
is some type of permission issue. I have changed permissions on both the
webserver and 2003 server but have not found the right combo. I know this
question is somewhat vague but if anyone has an idea I would love to hear it.
Thanks
