The problem could be caused by the driver program for the computer's
Ethernet network adapter. Download and install the latest driver from
the adapter manufacturer's web site.
If that doesn't fix the problem, the network adapter hardware could e
defective. In that case, disable or uninstall the network adapter,
and install a new network adapter.
