While signed in on the limited acct. Try the following:
1. Right click IE shortcut on desktop.
2. Select RUN As.
3. Select Use this acct to run this program.
4. Place Administrator Name and password in the appropriate box.
5. Log off Limited acct, then Log back on the Limited acct, and check if
browser now works.

Hi John,
You didn't say what sort of connection you're using, but take a look at the
dialog box that comes up when one of your admin users attempts to connect.
If
there's a pair of radio buttons with a choice between "Me only" and "Anyone
who uses this computer", make sure the "Anyone..." button is selected. Hope
this helps. If you don't see that dialog box, please post info on the type
of
connection you're using.
