extra connectivity icon in system tray
yesterday, an extra connectivity icon appeared in my system tray. It doesn't
light up indicating activity and I have checked my network connections in
control panel and no new ones are reported. I thought it was a fluke that
happened when everything loaded, but after rebooting, it is still there
today. When I mouse over it, it doesn't provide a bubble explaining what it
is, and if I go into taskbar properties, it isn't presenting there. I
haven't installed any new software.
How do I fix this?
Thanks,

"Limited or no connectivity" problem
Win XP Home, dLink cable modem and dLink wireless router. Dell desktop
connected via Ethernet to router. One other machine connected via
wireless. That machine works fine.
This problem just started last week on the wired desktop. All of a
sudden, I'm seeing a "Limited or no connectivity" error message on the
system tray.
If I plug the desktop cable directly into the cable modem, it acquires
an IP address as well as DNS info, and connects to the internet
normally.
The desktop IP properties are set to acquire an IP address
automatically, and this is working when connected to the cable modem.
Other things I've tried:
1. For testing, I connected a laptop to the router via the same
Ethernet cable the desktop was using. The laptop works fine this way,
as it does with a wireless connection.
2. I've tried swapping cables. I don't see anything blocked on the
router.
3. I've powered down the modem, router, and desktop several times.
4. I don't see any odd settings on the router.
5. I've looked at other threads. One mentioned the "Limited or no
connectivity" problem, but said rebooting the router fixed it. It
didn't for me. Also, since a laptop will work correctly on a wired
connection to this router, I think that means the router is ok.
6. I've seen this problem reported elsewhere, but those reports refer
to a problem when SP2 was first installed. This doesn't apply here.
Also, as I said, the problem is only with connecting to the router,
not to the cable modem.
7. AVG 8 was running on this desktop when this started. I uninstalled
AVG and installed the free McAfee from Comcast. This made no
difference, as I expected since the Ethernet connection worked
normally when directly connected to the cable modem.. Similarly, I've
tried with Windows Firewall enabled and disabled.
8. One thing I did not try was giving the desktop a fixed IP address.
At the time of my testing the problem, it was the only PC connected
directly or by wireless, so there shouldn't have been any address
conflict.
9. I did not notice if SP3 had recently been installed. (This is a
friend's home network.) But again, the reported SP problem would block
any Ethernet connection, not just one to a router.
I'm baffled by this inconsistent behavior. Any suggestions?

removing 'internet gateway' in network connections.
Hi group,
(I asked this question in microsoft.public.windowsxp.general and was
advise to try my luck in this group.)
[background]
A few weeks back we had an ADSL outage.
I setted up a temporarely wireless connection and shared it with others
in the office.
[/background]
Now our ADSL is up again, but I cannot get rid of the this connection.
I just want to use my good old Lan direct connection to the gateway.
But I cannot remove the 'internet gateway'/'internet connection'.
I have no troubles or anything (and all my networkfunctionality is up
and running fine) but I prefer to have as little connections as possible
to worry about. ;-)
At the moment I have 3 other connections listed under "Wireless or high
speed Internet":
1) Wireless connection (which is disabled)
2) Local Area Network (enabled)
3) 1394 connection (disabled)
I check all three above via properties and made sure (under Advacnced
tab) that the checkbox is NOT checked.
Checkbox reads: "Allow other network users to connect through this
computer's Internet connection."
How can I get back to my old situation and remove this connection sharing?
-> rightmouse menu gives 'remove' but it is grayed out.
A little additional info:
- I run XP prof. SP3.
- I have Windows Firewall disabled (In favor of McAfee firewall)
- If I disable my normal LAN connection, the connection sharing
disappears. It stays away after enabling the LAN connection.
- After a reboot it is always back.
So I expect it must be something that gets activated at startup.
I couldn't find anything I recognize in startup or registry
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run)
Thanks for your time.

Dial Up connection through a wireless ADSL Modem!
Hi,
This is at home, I have 2 laptops, I want to connect to my dial up
connection through my wireless modem, is this possible, how do i configure
this. Then I can allow my other laptop to connect to the internet by sharing
it in the original laptop. Sole purpose is to make the dial up connection
mobile, rather than sticking to one place of the room.

User wont auto login to mapped drives
I just built a new computer with a fresh install of XP. I've been able to
setup everything just fine except the mapped network drives. The first user
I made works perfectly because every time that user logs in it will
automatically connect to the drives and login. Other users will only connect
but still require username and password
Even if I *copy* that user account that works fine or try to make a new user
account (recreate the mapped drives and setup the user/pass and option to
automatically reconnect) none of them will automatically login. It's
frustrating because I created the first user that will automatically log in
just fine and I'm not doing anything different. I'm especially confused at
why it wont work when I copy the user account to another profile. It should
work but it doesn't.

Dial-up Modem Must be re-initialized every time to connect to my I
Starting about a month ago, I can no longer connect to my ISP at will with my
modem. I started getting the response from my modem dialog, "Connected to
remote computer", "Connected to remote computer" (yes twice), "Unable to
establish a connection". After a re-boot of my system with a "Z" in the
initialization settings for my modem I can connect ONCE. After that, I must
re-boot to connect again. This seemed to start with a windows update about a
month ago. I know because I manually choose the updates due to my S L O
W connection.
My first step was to update my drivers for the modem which I did. No
success. I installed a new modem and had success connecting about 3 times in
a row but the next day I tried, I got the same error shown above. Now both
modems require the "Z" command in the initialization to get them to connect.

Frequent Network Drops
Hi;
I support a LAN with approx 25 WinXP Pro SP2 clients and 2 Windows 2003 SP2
servers. The servers are connected via GB and all workstations via 100Mbps.
I have 2 Dell OptiPlex 745 XPPro SP2 machines that experience network drops
quite frequently, sometimes up to 4 times/hour. They lose their connection
to a mapped drive and are unable to ping either server when this happens.
The connection is usually restored within about 30 seconds.
I've tried different nics, updating nic drivers, swapping patch cables,
changing ports on the switch, even changing the 48+2 port switch without
success so far. Could this be a cabling issue between these two machines?
Any good network diag tools I could run on these machines to track down this
issue?
Thanks

Sharing files and printers
I am having problems sharing files and printers on my home wireless network.
The server can ping the client and can access the shared documents folder
and printers on the client.
However, the client cannot ping the server nor access shared documents or
printers on the server.
Server is running XP Professional 2002 SP2. Client is running XP Home 2002
SP2. Problem began when I replaced the server with a new computer. The old
server (XP Home) worked fine.
Both computers can access the internet with no problems via a Linksys router
and cable modem. The server connects directly to the modem, while the client
connects via wireless.

Is ICS my only option ?
Dear network experts.
Hopefully someone can offer some solutions.
Current network - Wireless router using 172.16.0.x range for my network.
I have a XP MCE pc connecting to the internet using a wireless NIC PCI card.
Connected to the LAN port of this MCE pc is a Sony PS2 console and I have
enabled ICS on the MCE pc. Thus the MCE's LAN port becomes 192.168.0.1 and
the PS2 is set to DHCP. With this configuration I am able to play online
games on my PS2 utilising the MCE wireless connection to the router.
My desire is to connect a 2nd PS2 to the router and play the 2 PS2s against
each other.
My problem is - because the 1st PS2 is behind ICS on 192.168.0.x I can't
ping it from my 172.16 network and therefore I doubt the 2 PS2s will see each
other.
What changes do I need to make to get the 2 PS2s talking when 1 of them is
going through my XPMCE pc ?
Can I simply ditch ICS and just bridge MCE's wireless and LAN ports and then
set the MCE PS2 to a 172.16.0.x IP ?
How is bridging different to ICS'ing ?
Thankyou very much.

Winsock Issues: Is this the appropriate place to post?
DFXHHQ38
Hello,
I am in desperate need of some help. I am in the UK and have recently
changed my ISP from Virgin to Sky. Apart from the atrocious and pathetic
service offered by Sky to me, I have discovered that my internet connectivity
is down because of a Winsock error. The diagnostic program Netdiag is so
unreliable that although it first notified me that the error was due to an
LSP in the Winsock, it has never notified me since I deleted the Registry
entry and the Program folder entry about the error ever again. Instead the
Netdiag tells me that it cannot connect to the internet because the http,
https and ftp ports are blocked by a firewall which is wrong because I turned
the firewall off (rendering myself vulnerable) only so I could connect to the
internet.
After trial and error connections on many occasions I saw the Microsoft
support page
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb457156.aspx
This advised typing â??netsh Winsock reset catalogâ?? in front of the C prompt.
Although I have restarted the computer on a number of occasions, doing that
has not restored connectivity even though the Winsock has been reset
according to the computer.
I only manage to connect to the internet by trial and error after many
messages that the problem may instead be in the modem and to turn the modem
off and on and then to contact my ISP which is pointless because as I
mentioned above Sky broadband hardly ever respond. I tried another ISP and
the computer connected without any hassle so the problem is with the ISP
although I just want to make sure before I take the rogues at Sky broadband
to court. Does anyone please know what to do about the Winsock error other
than spending another 100/- and reinstalling windows and losing data just
because Sky Broadband is a third-rate ISP?
I also have received information that this is a Registry error but again am
not sure how to ascertain or remedy that.
I await your kind response. Tag: free computer studies Tag: 288504
Access to LAN, No access to Internet
I have a wired home network and DSL. DSL modem, D-Link router/hub, 4 desktop
computers (2 with XP SP2 and 2 with XP SP3). Everything worked fine last
night. This morning, all the computers except one work fine. The
dysfunctional computer (Dell 1100 with SP3) cannot connect to the internet
now, though it can still connect with the other computers on the LAN and the
other computers can connect to it. This is just the opposite of any network
problems I have ever experienced, since it is usually trying to connect to
other computers that is problematic, not to the internet.
I have checked all the connections, restarted the computer, uninstalled and
reinstalled the network card driver, ran the network connection wizard again,
ran LSPfix (no problems found), totally turned off all of Norton 360's
firewall, autoprotect etc., and have now hooked up my laptop to the LAN cable
that was running to the problem PC, and can connect to the internet just fine
on it (I am on the laptop writing this now).
A couple of other oddities that someone may be able to connect all the dots
together and know what the problem is. I cannot access the router via
Internet Explorer nor ping it from a command window from the problem PC, and
even though I can access all the other PC's via Windows Explorer (I even
copied files between them to make sure), I cannot ping any of them either.
I tried doing a system restore to yesterday, even though I have made no
changes to the system in a while now, and it failed. I believe this is due to
having the Truecrypt encryption program on 2 of the 3 partitions of the hard
drive, though not on C:\ where the operating system is. I think I found out a
long while ago that system restores always failed when Truecrypt was
encrypting any partitions on a drive at startup, even if the one the
operating system was on was not.
I am not an expert, but not a novice either, and this is way to confusing
for me.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Tag: free computer studies Tag: 288499

Unable to print in a workgroup
Hello.
I was working on a 2 PC Windows XP Home SP2 workgroup and I was unable
to get a shared printer to print from one of the PCs. The PC hosting
the printer was an older Dell Dimension desktop which could print
without issues, and the other PC in the workgroup was a Dell laptop
(Latitude?). The PCs are connected through a Linksys WiFi router (the
laptop is wireless, the desktop wired). The printer is set to be
shared, and both PCs can access the internet, and ping each other
successfully. Running the Add Printer wizard on the laptop at the
beginning of all this, and selecting "browse the network for printers"
did list the printer share, but when I tried to select the share (or if
I tried to enter the \\servername\sharename manually) all that happened
is a small dialog box labeled "Connect to compnamehere..." appeared,
asking for a password to log onto the desktop PC as "\\compname\Guest".
The Guest accounts on both PCs were active, and *as far as I know* had
no passwords protecting either one. Needless to say, whenever I tried
to enter a blank password, or enter the password "guest" or "Guest",
this dialog box errored out with an "access denied" or similar message.
Running the Network Setup Wizard on both PCs changed nothing. I
changed the desktop PC's computer name and the printer share's name,
which did nothing (but see below). I tried to perform "net print
\\compname\printershare" from the laptop to the shared printer, and I
received this error: "System error 1385 has occurred - Logon failure:
the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer"
or something to that effect. I tried to create a user account with the
same name, privileges and password on both PCs to see if that would
allow access to the printer share, but no dice. The printer share did
not appear in the Add Printer wizard under "browse network for printers"
after I changed the desktop PC's "computer name" and the printer share's
name, although the computer name did appear. A "net print" from the
desktop PC to the laptop worked without any errors. Both PCs are set to
use the same workgroup, MSHOME. Finally, I tried to disable the Windows
Firewall on both PCs, even though both reported that File and Print
Sharing was being allowed through the firewall. Interestingly, on the
desktop PC, I was unable to turn off the Windows Firewall through the
control panel applet, because the option was greyed out. The only
option I could choose was the "Don't allow exceptions" checkbox. At the
top of the window, a message read something like this: "Due to security
concerns, Windows Firewall is being controlled by group policy". As
stated above, both machines have XP Home SP2 (actually, I believe the
laptop had XP Media Center, but it definetly had SP2 installed). I was
totally unable to access the group policy editor on the desktop (for
obvious reasons).
Any ideas?
Thanks very much in advance for your help. I apologize for the
imprecise nature of the above problem description, but unfortunately I
don't own the machines in question and I'm not near them.
Thanks again and cheers! Tag: free computer studies Tag: 288437
Windows XP networks work intermittently
I have three computers, one running linux, one dual boots linux and
Wndows XP, the the third only runs XP. The windows computer has very
poor performance an all networks, including the dial-up connections
and 100Mbit ethernet. The USR 56k modials and connects fine, but once
connected, it usually will not resolve hostnames on the first try and
will connect to the site after several tries. I tried changing DNS
servers with no change in the performance. Once connected to the
website, downloading starts and stops every few seconds. Sometimes
the connection times out, and often I end up with no activity and a
blank screen in my browser, most often after clicking on a google
search result. I tried the same dial-up connection from Windows on
the dual-boot computer and it works fine. The ethernet connection to
this computer seems to have the same problem. The connection is slow
and intermittent. The other two can communicate at near full speed
with no problem. All three are connected to a switch with 100Mbit
ethernet. I had ICS on the XP computer and the others configured by
DHCP.
Can anyone help me diagnose this problem? Tag: free computer studies Tag: 288436
Windows XP performance issue
I have a Dell 5150 box that used to have Windows 2000 on it. I recently
upgraded to Windows XP and noticed that downloading files from our server is
extremly slow. a 2MB file takes about 5 minutes to download to the
computer.
However, if we upload the 2MB file to the server, it works great.
What could be going wrong. When the computer was Windows 2000 we had no
speed problems. As soon as we switched the OS, it's very slow.
I tried changing the speed and duplex settings on the computer and switch
but no combination worked. I even replace the network card and nothing.
Any ideas?
Thanks,

ICS host can't access internet
After banging my head against the wall for weeks, i've decided to post
here in hopes that smarter mind have an answer.
my situation:
I have one desktop (windows xp pro) that is connected to a dsl
internet hookup.
i have a laptop (windows xp home) that can currently only get online
if i crawl down and hook it to the dsl box with an ethernet cable.
my sister has a laptop (windows xp pro) with the same situation.
all computers have wireless cards.
I would like (love, kill for) to have the desktop share the dsl
connection via wireless. so that both laptops and the desktop can all
browse the web at the same time. [i'd also like to enable file and
printer sharing so that all computers can print from the desktops
printer and store file on the desktops hard drive]
i have run the connection wizards on the ICS host...but after the lan
connection shows as being "connected, shared, firewalled"...the desktop
is no longer able to access the internet!
at that time the clients are not able to access the internet either.
(the wireless network look fine...they all say they are
connected...and the shared files are accessible)
i have not found any solutions in any troubleshooters or online help
pages. i seem to recall having this problem in a windows ME ICS
host...i think it had something do do with disabling a service...maybe
DCHP? ... i can't recall.
I'd just love it if someone could help me fix this.
thanks,

Home network with windows 98SE and XP computers doesn't work
Originally I set up a network between a windows 98SE and XP computer
and everything worked except I was unable to get printer sharing.
Unfortunately, a problem during an unrelated upgrade of XP caused me
to resort to a backup clone of the XP operating system (that did not
have networking setup). I have been unable to restore a completely
working network. I've seen many Win98-XP network problems mentioned
on forums (including
http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web/browse_thread/thread/53803cadadb55b11/3e595a275207227c?hl=en&lnk=st&q=how+to+home+network+with+xp+and+win98+computers#3e595a275207227c)
but I have never seen a problem quite like I have. I've tried many
different things but am not able to solve this. Without networking
experience, I could use some detailed help.
The problem:
I have setup one windows 98SE computer (Dell with 128MB ram) and one
windows XP computer (Blackbox with 2GB ram) connected via a DSL modem/
Router gateway using ethernet cables. Both computers reach the
Internet well.
I am able to share 98SE files and folders with the XP (both reading
and writing) and have setup a mapped drive for a 98SE shared drive on
the XP computer. I can NOT read or write to shared files on the XP
computer from the 98SE computer. Both computers show the shared
folders under their respective network/workgroup screens.
When I attempt to read or map a shared folder from the XP on the 98SE
computer, I get an error message. The message reads: "\\BLACKBOX
\sharedfolder is not available. There is not enough memory to
complete this task. Close some other programs." There are few things
running on the 98SE computer and this same computer was able to read/
write to the XP before.
Setup for the computers:
The 98SE computer uses a Robotics 10/100 PCI NIC TX adapter with:
Client for Microsoft Networks
Dialup Adapter
US Robotics 10/100 PCI MIC TX
IPX/SPX compatible protocol -> Dialup Adapter
IPX/SPX compatible protocol -> US Robotics 10/100 PCI MIC TX
NETBIOS support for IPX/SPX compatible Protocol
TCP/IP -> Dialup Adapter
TCP/IP -> US Robotics 10/100 PCI MIC TX
File and printer sharing for Microsoft Networks
The network adapter is bound to the associated IPX/SPX protocol and
TCP/IP
The XP computer using an Attansic L1 Gigabite Ethernet adapter with:
Client for Microsoft Networks
File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks
QoS Packet Scheduler
Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
Summary:
Both computers are connected from network interfaces though ethernet
connections to a SDL modem/Router.
Both computers are connect to the internet and both work with it fine.
Both computers have shared folders defined.
Both computers "see" the network and both show the correct shared
folders for each computer.
Both computers are on a workgroup called "Home".
I can ping from either computer to the other one correctly.
I can write to and read files on the 98SE computer from the XP
computer but not the other way around.
I have turned off both firewalls from the two computers without an
improvement.
I have run out of ideas as to how to get this network to work from the
win98SE computer. I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
Remember, I am not experienced in networking and could use detailed
help.
Thanks in advance. Tag: free computer studies Tag: 288417
Windows AD accounts randomly locking on 1st attempt
I have several users that may or may not have an issue when they log into
their laptops using their AD accounts. On the first attempt the user will
get an error that the password/username they entered is incorrect. On the
second attempt they be notified their account is locked. This is not
happening for all users, only certain ones at random. I have verified the
lockout policy is set for 3 attempts. When i looked at one of the user's
security event logs I noticed the following 3 events:
Event Type: Failure Audit
Event Source: Security
Event Category: Logon/Logoff
Event ID: 529
Date: 05/20/2008

I pasted these in chronological order as displayed the the event viewer.
The next event reports the account is locked. Notice that these 3 all
occured at the same time. I did some research into the logon processes
mentioned and found that Advapi (not to be confused with Advapi32) could be
spyware and thus the cause. However, I am sure the Advapi mentioned is legit
as I checked several other PCs w/ no issues and found this same process
mentioned in those security event logs. Also this laptop in question is one
that was built and deployed to the user less than a day prior so, it is hard
to believe they went somewhere and got it. I also checked the user32 logon
process and found user32.exe is a known trojan. I scanned the laptop but
could not find any traces of it. Also like I mentioned prior, this is a
recently built laptop and it is hard to believe it is a trojan. I am certain
the user32 listed is actually user32.dll which appears to be a legit dll.
I checked several other users with these issues and found when their account
locked the security event log reported the same events. I checked on the
error listed event IDs and found ID 529 indicates the user tried to log in
with an unknown account (duh) or bad password (double duh,) but it doesn't
make any sense why windows is trying to log in 3 times on it's own in
succession.
All users are running XP Pro. I've verified the users have all the current
windows patches to date, including SP3. I've tried having them try with and
without a docking station, but none have worked. Does anyone have any
suggestion on what else to try? I've been banging my head against the wall
for a few weeks w/ no success.

tcpip registry parameters missing - no network
hello
i am new to this, but after posting on several others and searchin
endlessly for information online and other forums such as this, i hav
found no post/thread specific to my situation, so i am going to start
new thread. i would really appreciate any help you can provide!:
our home has a cable connection and two computers, a laptop tha
connects wirelessly using an 802.11g 4-port router, and a desktop with
wired connection. the laptop never has had any problems; it wil
connect directly through the cable modem, wired and wirelessly throug
the router. the desktop has been having issues forever...it woul
randomly connect to the network, work for weeks at a time, but the
stop. it would always work connected to the cable modem. after tryin
just about everything i (and everyone i know and spoke with) could thin
of, i reformatted the desktop (there were other problems too...). whil
drastic, everyone agreed that i had tried everything.
i did not have the recovery disk, so after reformatting with xp sp2;
went online with the laptop and got the necessary drivers and utilitie
(mostly from the dell site) on a flash drive. i installed everythin
and set the tcp/ip settings in the properties of the local are
connection (which always has limited or no connectivity), but i stil
cannot get online with that computer. (i can still get online with
direct connection to the cable modem.
after trying many, many things, someone suggested that i check th
'enable proxy' parameter in the registry, which was when i noticed tha
it didn't exist. (not that i can see...can that be hidden???) neithe
do most parameters associated with dhcp. this makes sense why i canno
get an ip from the router, but i can find very little info (and i hav
stumped many of my friends) on what to do if the values of them ar
incorrect. i cannot even log into the router from the computer (nor ca
i see the computer on the network from the laptop)
there is no weird software (beyond some weird broadcom suite
installed by mistake but i have checked...it's on my laptop and causin
no problems). i have a degree in computer science, so i am not
novice...although i did leave a lot out of this message (had i include
everything i have done this would be the worlds longest post...4 month
now). i also have been working out of the field for awhile (3 years)
and when i did was in software design...most of my networking skills ar
a bit dated (but i have always known at very least enough to have all m
computers at home online with no problems)
if you could, imagine i have tried all the basics...if you hav
something new or different i can try, please help...until i fix th
desktop i am <i>sharing</i> my laptop
his desktop used to be used at his office so i do not have the exac
specs on it...it's a dell optiplex gx280 (there is some info on dell'
site) - basics; p4 2.8GHz, 512 MB RAM, 80 GB maxtor HD...nothin
specific. (but there are some things i have discovered in all of this
so please ask anything that may clarify!) that also means it was on X
Server network, but the reformat would have taken care of thos
settings, right
thank you
jennife
sorry i can't post the ipconfig /all, but i cannot get online using th
computer with the problem! (it looks NOTHING like m
laptop's...including the auto appended dns suffix):mad Tag: free computer studies Tag: 288412
Guest vs Owner details
I'm using XP Pro on a network that's mainly XP Pro. There's a printer
connected to my computer which is shared. I wish to view the owners of
documents that print. All I see is owner GUEST. How can I view computer names
or users. The computers are part of a domain and part of a workgroup. Any
ideas?

OT: Intel Wireless WiFi 4965AGN stuck at 54.0 Mbps
Does anyone know why a HP Compaq 6820s laptop that has an Intel Wireless WiFi
4965AGN mini-PCI adapter be constantly stuck at 54.0 Mbps when within 3 feet
of the 11n router? I have followed the recommendations of Intel and set the
router to WPA(2) with AES encryption. The card was warranted replaced and I
have tried both the Intel Pro management software and Wireless Zero
Configuration. Neither will get the Intel card to exceed the 54.0 Mbps
speeds. The router is a TRENDnet TEW-631BRP and I know that the 802.11n
signals are working since there is a D-Link RangeBoost N (DWA-142) USB adapter
two floors up (router in the basement, D-Link on the second story of the home)
which is connecting at greater than 200Mbps.
BTW: Does anyone know if the number of wires connected to this model of
mini-PCI wireless card is important? This one only has two connected to
"port" 1 and 3. One is completely "non-existant" / not connected (port2.) I
fear that HP has lamed this adapter since I found several references that this
card needs all antennas connected but it seems that there is only one in this
HP. Tag: free computer studies Tag: 288393
