Hi All,

I have a network which consists of a server 2003 and 3 client laptops. I am
unable to RDP into the server using one of my laptops although i am able to
ping the server which has a static IP address of 192.168.1.106.

I have checked the RDP connection etc on the server and it is setup to
accept incoming client machines etc. I used to be able to RDP using the said
laptop but unsure why suddenly it wont allow me to connect.

Please could someone offer some advise.

Regards. And thanks in anticipation.

Hi Peter,

Have you checked the settings in the User profile under the Remote
control, Terminal Services Profile, or Dial-in tabs? Are all of them a
member of the builtin Remote Desktop users group (not required, just
checking)?
