I would like to set up a small business network. I am looking for some
advice, should i purchase four great computers and XP Pro, or get a server
with XP pro on the computers. Right now I am peer to peer with Xp home and
older computers, it is starting to become an issue. Also I presume I would be
better off wired since the lines are already there? I would like to move in
the future though so wireless may be nice. Any advice would be appreciated.

It depends. I will have a server for sharing data, printer, perhaps, VPN.
