I am using Internet Explorer 7 with Windows XP. I have had no problems prior
to this accessing a particular web page. I am still able to get to the main
page and a secure log in page, but when I try and enter my name and password
nothing at all happens. I contacted the help desk at the company of the
webpage and they can't figure out what the problem is. I am able to log in
using Moxilla Firefox as my browser, why can't I access it throught Internet
Explorer any longer? I much prefer to use IE 7. Hope you can help.

Have you tried disabling the pop-up blocker in IE7 as a test (and an
third party pop-up blockers you may have installed) just for tha
particular website

In IE go to Tools-->Pop-up Blocker-->Pop-up Blocker Setting

Alternatively, disable it altogether from the same menu
