Can anyone tell me how to make the footage transferable to windows movie
maker? This camera model does not have fireewire capabilities and the files
can't be read when trying to import. Appreciate Feedback.

you put the dvd in the dvd dive after finalising it in the cam. Copy the
file to your hard drive. Convert it to wmv, as mm does not work well with
mpegs/vobs, then import.
