I have a second monitor attached which clones everything
which displayed on my primary display, but when i play
back captured video/stills, the preview box in the
secondary display is completely blank!!!!!, primary
display preview box is fine, can anyone help me rectify
the problem for the secondary display please?.

To have overlay on both monitors you need quite an up to date and high
quality graphoics card. There is nothing wrong with your set up, it just
can't do it.

Would it work if he turned off hardware acceleration?
