Am I, or in fact my kids being a bit dense - is there a way to play clips in
reverse - so, for example, import a clip of me jumping into the swimming
pool, and then play it forward as a clip, and then play it backwards so in
effect, I come back out of the water on to the side of the pool. I know this
was probably best done at the import stage - but do not want to go through
all the importing of clips again!

Hi there,

No, there is no built in way to do it. There was a chap working on it, perhaps
if he sees this he will come forward...I don't remember his name.

If that fails there is a way using software from www.aist.com or de They used
to give away a program called MovieXone...if you get your hands on that you can
do all sorts of very clever tricks. I can not say whether they still give it
away. If all else fails I have a copy of the free one I can send you.

There is also a program...Presto Video Magic, that will also do this for
you...it used to be a freeby...might still be

In addition to what John suggests, see the info on the Editing > Video >
