photostory

can adobe premier elements replace photostory. i know windows movie maker
does not have that ability

Replace it in which way? Photo Story is free and can be used or not... even
if one gets Adobe Premiere Elements.

It's not one software package or the other...

No, Premiere is typically a higher level tool that has a bigger/longer
learning curve... I haven't tried Premiere Elements but I use Photoshop,
Premiere 6. Photoshop Elements, and am checking Adobe Encore... the
interface is similar in all, and so is the need for a good bit of learning.

Movie Maker and PhotoStory by comparison are easy to use with little
learning curves...
