No, Premiere is typically a higher level tool that has a bigger/longer
learning curve... I haven't tried Premiere Elements but I use Photoshop,
Premiere 6. Photoshop Elements, and am checking Adobe Encore... the
interface is similar in all, and so is the need for a good bit of learning.
Movie Maker and PhotoStory by comparison are easy to use with little
learning curves...
