mpeg to jpeg

In error I took picture with my camera in mpeg mode. I would like to have
still picture of these movies. Is there a way to do this with movie maker, or
is there another program that would do this. Thank you Chestina

The software that came with you camera might be the best way to do it....
what brand and model camera is it, and what software did you get? Maybe
someone with the same camera can help....

There are probably other ways to do it, but if you haven't been able to
import or use the MPEG files in Movie Maker, it might take more work.

sony cybershot dscp52. It did not come with software. I have imported the
files into movie maker but I can not figure out to freeze a frame and make
it a still picture.

With the clip in the collection, preview it in the monitor and use the
snapshot feature of MM2. Pause it at the frame you want and click on the
lower right icon under the monitor.... it'll save the frame as a JPG
file....
