moviemaker 2/2.1 download

Is there any way of downloading M2.1 without the SP2 package? Or, absent
that, can MM2 still be downloaded? Whenever I click on what I believe is MM2
to download, MM2.1 always pops up.

MM2.1 requires SP2 but you can

I just would like to say thank you so very much.I've been fighting with this
for awhile now.I'm kinda new at makeings,and i'm not sure if i have
everything set up right.Every time i would start to click the capture
button,a box would appear saying,this program is not responding,Thank you
very much. Tennman!!!!!!!
