movie maker has encountered a problem and needs to shut down

Everytime I try to copy my movie to a CD-R when it gets to 60%I get the
message "Movie Maker has encountered a problem and needs to shut down, would
you like to send an error report". Jeeze how many error reports do they want?
Is my Movie Maker damaged and if so how can I repair it. This is the first
time I use it, so I'm not to sure why this keeps happpening, but it is
totally driving me insane.

Save it to your computer instead of to a CDR and see what happens then.
