I'm using Windows Vista home premium. I have made a movie in Windows Movie
Maker 6.0 (the version that came with the computer...I have an HP vs17e) and
then I say I want to publish it to dvd. It goes to Windows Dvd Maker and acts
like it is burning but locks up at 4% every time I try to make a dvd using
video in my movie. I made one dvd using still pics and after several attempts
I removed the video portion and did get it to burn and it plays fine on my
dvd player. I checked for conflicts and removed several video filters but
that didn't help. Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong here?

You may have some incompatibility issues

Thanks John. I was trying to import MOV files but I found a good converter
that makes them avi and now it is working fine. Here is the link that might
help if anyone else is having the same problem.
