How can I import video from a DVD into Movie Maker? (I would like to edit the

I had the same problem and tried the link that John Inzer gave you. Maybe
you had better luck than I had. I then found a site online that said "free"
DVD burner. Of course that is a hook to get you to try it, which I did and
made sure that I could change my file to AVI, which could be imported to
Movie Maker. You might want to give it a try. it is WINMPGDVD ripper. You
can try it and then if you find success as I did you will have to pay for the
full version in order to capture your whole DVD. I have been able to import
my files at least but haven't tried actually editing them yet. Good luck.
Let me know how you make out.
