help capturing ps2

i'm trying to capture ps2 gameplay from tv to computer. I'm using the dazzle
90. everyrhing is hooked up right & all settings are correct, my problem is
moviemaker says the device is already in use, then says it cant be used b/c
of an error when starting the device. The dazzle 90 is installed right and
reconized by my computer. do i need a new video card? plz help

yes the driver is installed, in the device manager everything seems to be all
set.

Possibly a simple fix by just rebooting the computer.
