I have problems with mm2

after i downloaded the new updates from windows website, and after downloading MM2 with the updates every time i try to open it, it opens and everything but when i try to view or choose a video trasition or do anything with video editing it shuts down the program by it self. I don't know what i can do i tried the best i could i tried to download it again, but no use still have the same thing. If anyone can help me please send me an e-mail at rsoboh@yahoo.com
