When i try to change the video transition then it
shutsdown without any error message.
Is there any way of deinstalling, restarting and
installing MM2 again?
It has worked fine for some time and now suddely this
problem happens. I have seen this error with several
laptop's.

You probably brought in one of the problem codecs. See

i'm glad i found someone who has the same problem...
As soon as i start editing a movie with wmm2 (laptop)the
whole program shuts down without error message. I eneter
a title for example and a second later wmm just
disappears from my screen.
I checked my harddrive because i thought its overloaded
but its not. I scanned for viruses but i'm virus free.
Then i called the UK Windows Service Center and they
suggested to deinstall wmm2 again because i might not
have installed it properly before.Done that, no
difference. They also suggested to check wmm2 updates and
said there is a new update since yesterday. I checked my
updates but couldnt find a wmm one.
I'm clueless! Don't know what to do anymore. And i really
need to edit this movie...
Please let me know if you've got any good news!
Thanks,
Kay
