How Can I change the file extension? by anonymous

question--if i still have the source files, how do i
change the format? It only gives me 2 options--all files
while will pull up everyo picture in that folder, or the
MMW extension. I have the third party software to copy
onto cd as pcd file but cant get it loaded due to the
file type.
