Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated. I started a project in WMM
for Mother's Day. Alas, still working on it.
My prob, cannot save project to CD, DVD or to comp as an AVI. Save project
when burned to CD from HD pictures missing and eventually goes black, about
1/2 way thru, audio still there however.
I have Win XP pro, sp2, HP Pavilion 061, Intel 4 CPU 2932 MHz, 960 MB Ram
physical mem available to Windows 982,380 KB
VM max 2880
Project size is 262 jpegs w/transitions and 9 audio clips and runs about
26min.
Also renamed .ax files according to pappajohn's site
Runs just fine in WMM??

Thanks in advance

It could be the amount of pictures, so check this out on making several
small projects and then joining them back up together again.

It could be the jpegs you have on the timeline, or maybe the audio if you
have added something like mp3 files

Try it anyway just to see what happens. Save the project with a different
filename so you don't lose your original work and then delete half the clips
and audio and try to save it to see what happens.

If it still doesn't work try a system restore since it did work before that
may solve the problem.

I'm with wojo, unless everything is "exactly" the same then it may make a
difference.

MM is not really designed for making slide shows and can throw a wobbly when
asked to do so.

It could be the resolution of your pictures, the amount, that they are jpeg
etc. One of the audio files may be corrupt, which is common when using
downloaded mp3 files, it may just be one of the audio files, it might be
the length you are asking it to last.............

Does it save to any file type, how about one of the very small portable
device ones?
