It's hard to say...maybe you have resource
issues. Installing more RAM may help...
increasing the size of your paging file may help.
And doing some routine maintenance may help;
Running Disk Cleanup, Error Checking and
Defrag on a regular schedule is a good idea.

the next time you restart your computer.
(run error checking repeatedly until it finds
