I have one particular video image that is quite dark compared to everything
else I have.

Does anyone know how I can brighten up that particular part of my movie.

==================================
Video Effects includes "Brightness Increase"...
just drag it and drop it on the clip in the timeline.
If once is not enough...drag/drop it again up to
six times.

If you need to brighten just a portion of a video
clip...you'll need to split the video before and
after the dark area and then you can brighten
the specific portion.
