When trying to publish

When I try to publish it, it will not show in windows media player, it just
play the music and show a black screen, please help, the video is only 11 min
long.

I don't know if I understand what you are doing. Why don't you just save the
project as movie (File/Save Movie File) or press Ctrl+P. Then save it as
*.wmv or *.avi file. Better if you save it as *.avi so you can play it in
any media player.

Thanks so much for responding but I didn't post the question right, sorry I
don't use this at all my 14 yr old made it and the first one worked and the
second one isn't so I'm posting the question for him, so please bear with me.
He said he saved it then he wasn't able to see it in windows media player
