Yes they will play in media player and Windows Media Center. I downloaded the
programs suggested by "Papa ?" and got the files to convert to AVI files, but
I'm still struggling with getting the videos to run in MM6, I just get a
blank preview screen. I also downloaded the sound files he recommended, but
I'm not techy enough to figure out how to convert the Dolby file to a WMV
file.
Marketing people speak with forked tongue. I bought this DC50 camcorder
because it was supposed to be simple. Oh well.
Any help is appreciated.
