One Problem I have is. I have a problem dropping text to be overlayed on a
video in the exact spot I need it. I drag it with my mose and it will put it
at (lets just choose a number) at 1:00:30 or it will let me put it at
1:01:07. Is this a function of my mouse not being sensitive enough? Is there
anyway to drop it more exactly? Also I remain dissatisfied (as much as you
can be with a free program) with the choice of title and credit placement. is
there a link to somewhere that has better title placement?

open up the timeline to it's maximum by using the magnifying glass, top left
of the timeline, then you'll be able to position it much more precisely.
