Sending movie back to thr camera

When i try to send my movie back to the camera tape it
always misses the first five seconds of the film. This
means that i have to put a 5 second blank still at the
start of my movie which isn't ideal. Is this a camera
fault or a software fault? Can it be fixed?

Have you seen the section titled "First seconds of movie recorded to tape
are Missing" in the help file for MM2?
