I want to upload a movie to my personal webspace and have guests access it
via a link on an html page. When I test this the result is that Windows Movie
Maker opens and displays all of my photos, clips, etc. How can I save or
convert a Moviemaker movie and have it play on the Internet through Windows
Media Player or some other viewing program?

Thanks,

You might be making the link to the project .MSWMM file which opens in Movie
Maker rather than to the saved WMV movie...

Have you considered uploading your video to Neptune.com using the Send to Web
wizard in WMM? It's not free, but it's really easy and has a ton of video
storage and sharing features.

You can also link directly to the video album stored on Neptune from your
other web site. Using the INVITE feature within the Mediashare service, you
can copy and paste the video album URL.

Correct, I did link to the .MSWMM file. How can I save it as a WMV file?

Thank you

One way is from the main pull down menu > Save Movie File > My Computer

go down that path and then upload your saved WMV file...
