Whenever I attempt to load a movie file into Movie Maker, it shuts down. A
dialog pops up that says: "Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." That's all it says: no
additional information.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do?

Feel free to reply to: jjjjjsssss(at)gmail.com

Thanks.
