I have Sonic MyDVD Duluxe 5.0 and now they have corrected a glitch and created 5.22 but u must be a registered member to be able to download it. I keep entering my serial number on the site and filling out the registration form, click submit, it says Registered Successfully, then i go to the Upgrade section type my email address and it says No MyDVD Registration found for this email address. How do i register correctly then?

I had the same problem and had to submit my registration about 3 times
before I finally received a confirmation email. One of their tech support
guys *did* tell me it can take up to 24 hours for the registration to be
processed, but mine took about 5 days!

The download code arrived in my inbox within a few seconds, but the download
is 216MB!!!

In addition to that, the download is also currently *very* slow. It stalls
before it gets to 10MB :-(

Ask whether they will send it on a disc for a small fee...

Nah - download finally completed at an average speed of 76KBytes/sec (on a
2Mbps ADSL connection). Poor, but I just let it get on with it.
