I captured my video using the setting High quality video (large).
I have a NTSC camcorder. If I had chosen High quality video (NTSC) instead,
would I have a better video quality ?

The best video quality would be DV-AVI (NTSC).

The problem is that I already made my 1 hour movie.
Is the difference of quality important ?

Is your Video Camera analog or digital? If it is analog, then it won't make

If it is digital, it will make a big difference.
