When trying to open movie maker 2 I get a message saying "application has
failed to start because msvfw32.dll was not found. Re-installing the
application may fix this problem". The same message appears when trying to
open other applications as well. How do I go about rectifying this problem?
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Tried reinstalling, have also downloaded the file - still get the same message.
