not even once and the microsot windows error message comes up and has to
close. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I have tried several
things and still nothing.

You fail to mention your OS...if you are
running Vista...disregard the following.

Some users have reported problems
after installing IE7. If this applies to your
situation ...uninstalling IE7 may be worth
a try.

I am running Windows XP. I downloaded the SP2 from Microsoft.com and it
included the windows movie maker. However, ever since then it seems that
only part of the program was installed. I have automatic updates turned on
my computer and it downloads everything that it needs to. I had the problem
before I upgraded to IE7 but after I installed it they became less and less.
Also I did the recommended download of REG CURE to fix the problem as well.
For about a week, there was not one error...now all of the sudden I can't
even click into the system without it giving me the same microsoft error has
to close.
