You can download Movie Maker 2.0
from the following site:

Movie Maker 2.1 cannot be downloaded
or installed as a separate program...it is
a component of WinXP SP2. If you wish
to reinstall SP2 you can download it from
the following site:

Generally, users install from the net but this
site allows you to download the complete
file to your hard drive before installing.
It's good for a network administrator because
you can burn it on a CD and install it on as
many computers as you need to.
And it's good for a single machine because
if you ever need to install it again...you'll have
it available without waiting for a download.
