IM just having all the problems with this damn program!!! Everything will go
good... until 10min. into my project... and then...!!!FREEZE! if its not
freezing up on me, its something else. I have had problems before... but not
like this. I think another program should be used... if you want to save
your sanity.

I've given up on MM and I only use Nero now. Works all the time and no hassles

Its good to know that Nero is working for you. However that is not the case
for many other users such as this:

The bottom line is all Mutimedia applications especially that deal with
video are easily made unstable by various changes on a computer system. This
is the case for Windows Movie Maker and the same is the case for Nero.
Though each of them have their own weak spots, they also have strong points
and some specail features. One should adopt a positive approach towards
these problems rather than cursing one program or the other. If you do want
to solve the problems, you will find the various helpful people on these
forums and newsgroups more than ready to provide support that may help you.
Otherwise if you just want to post a negative comment then although this
provides you a way of venting your anger, however it doesnt solve your
problems causing more frustration.

An alternative view point is that basically it is a pile of rubbish and
blaming it
on the 'computer system changes' is a pretty lame excuse, expecially when
you consider that the same company wrote the computer system!!
