I have been using an ADS "USB Instant VideoMPX Device" to capture video to
Windows Movie Maker2.1. Now, after a system recovery, when I try to capture
to Movie Maker I get an "Unknown Error" message followed by a message saying
that "Video Device is currently in use. Close otehr programs and try again"
even when no other programs are open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the
ADSTech software. Any advice?

MM rarely if ever works with USB, so you were very lucky to get it to work
in the first place. No doubt when you did the system recovery you have not
installled everything that was on the system previously and one of those
things is stopping it from working.

Hi Graham,

Thank you. After I did the system recovery again and reinstalled all of my
software again. The USB device worked properly.
