Is there a way to undo a slow motion effect if it is
applied to more clips that I intended?

Yes. In the timeline, right-click on the clip
with your mouse, and select Video Effects...

Thanks for your offer... I tried the R-click only to
discover that Video Effects was grayed out meaning I
couldn't use it.

Hmmm... That's strange.

I see it grayed out if I have more than one clip
selected when I right-click. If only a single
clip is selected, the Video Effects option is
available.
