Yes there is. In MovieMaker when you click File... Save Movie File you have
the option to
save it to the web. Once the movie is published it will ask you for the
provider name that you wish to use to store your movie and give you an
option to sign up for an account if you don't already have one. For example
if you're in the States you can go to
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/moviemaker/partners.mspx which
currently shows Neptune MediaShare. There are probably other sites out there
that maybe others can recommend which allows the sharing of video files
manually.

Yes! the best service out there is Neptune.com. Conveniently, you can upload
videos directly from WMM to your neptune.com web site using the Send-to-Web
option under the Finish Movie Settings. It's best to get a Neptune account
before you use the Send-to-Web upload wizard... you can get one at:
http://moviemaker.neptune.com.

Good luck.

Yes, actually A friend and I have been developing a website for movie
downloads. You can View this website at WMMDownloadcenter.com. We hope to
offer new effects, transitions, and a place for everyone to upload/download
movies. You have unlimited space as well.
