Hauppage TV tuner not shown

Capture only shows NVidia Universal Capture card and not Hauppage TV Tuner.
AVS Video Editor shows both video sources.

MM is not a great supported of analogue cards, so you will need to use the
AVS software.

I have this analog USB TV device -

and it works just fine in WMM2

Further, Cyberlink PowerProducer 3 and PowerDirector 4 Express capture from
the Hauppage TV card but don't see the NVidia capture card but PowerDirector
3 DE Captures from the NVidia card but not from the Hauppage card.

Hauppage winTV~PVR PCI II (Encoder-16). I gleaned this from DxDiag.txt.
There are some other curiosities, Cyberlink PowerProducer 3 and
PowerDirector 4 Express both capture for the Hauppage card but not from the
NVidia card whereas PowerDirector 3 DE captures from the NVidia card but not
from the Hauppage card.
