You asked me how they got me to uninstall WMM. They sent me to a website of
mvlite.notlong and walked me through it. WMM was not working before IE7 was
installed. IT HAS NEVER WORKED!! Should I give up and purchase a different
movie maker software???? Since I don't have DVD burner Windows Photo 3
doesn't help me since I want my movies on DVD. It is soooooo frustrating.

I can't find anything by googling for that site, the notlong bit is I
believe a way of shortening urls. So I'm still unsure how they got you to
uninstall movie maker and what damage that may have caused to the system.
Without the rest of your problems, I'm going to have to refind what that is.

I'm not sure how you intend to make dvds without a dvd burner and that has
nothing to do with photostory, please explain this in more detail???????

Interesting.
To the OP,
How was movie maker re-installed?

This didn't cure the problem?
