This is due to the format that you are saving it to when burning it to DVD.
MPEG 1 is referred to postage stamp size, it is small. By default, your DVD
player is "expanding" the picture to full-size and that is where the
pixilated problem comes in. You need to buy an MPEG-3 codec to get the
highest quality. Usually MPEG1 or 2 are all that you get for free.
