I have a video that is 1 hour, 30 minutes long in mpeg format and is
approximately 1.5-gigabytes. When I attempt to import the file, WMM cuts off
the last 20-minutes of it.

Question: Is there a limit to the file size that wmm can handle? If not,
why are 20-minutes being cut form the imported video?

It's probably an MPEG-2 issue rather than a file size limit. The file
doesn't move into Movie Maker or even copied into it.... it stays in place
and the collection database stores info about the file.

Check the Importing Source Files > Video > MPEG-2 page of my website if it's
an MPEG-2 issue.
