Done everything to upgrade MM2

I've tried all the fixes i can find on the web to upgrade
to MM2. I had it on my computer after I upgraded to XP
and I had some problems with XP. Reinstalled XP and since
then I can't upgrade to MM2. I tried the article
Microsoft 825229 to upgrade and I keep getting a notice to
the program has not passed Windows Logo testing and it
won't let me install the MM2 program....can anyone help???
